Business Policies

Company Policies – 2025

  1. Studio Access
    Only individuals actively participating in the photo session are permitted within the studio during the scheduled appointment. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible guardian at all times. The client is financially responsible for any damages caused to studio equipment by members of their party. Legal action may be pursued in the event of negligence or deliberate damage.

  2. Deposit Policy
    All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Should the client choose to cancel after a deposit has been made, no reimbursement will be issued. This will apply to all transactions $800.00USD and under.

    All transactions over $800.00USD will require a flat $650.00 deposit to schedule and the remaining balance is due at the time of arrival on session date.

    In the rare event that 95th Studio must cancel, a full refund will be processed within 30 business days.

  3. Payment Terms
    Deposit is required to schedule, and remaining payment is required no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled session. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by this deadline may result in cancellation or alteration of the booking at the photographer’s discretion, without refund.

  4. Tardiness and No-Show Policy
    A late arrival of 15 minutes will incur a $50 late fee. If the client arrives 25 minutes late or more, the session will be deemed a no-show and canceled without refund.

  5. Rescheduling Policy
    Clients must request any rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $75 rescheduling fee, in addition to any associated service charges such as equipment rental, studio use, or staffing costs.

  6. On-Location Sessions
    For on-location bookings, the photographer is not liable for adverse weather conditions or environmental factors that may impact image quality. While professional guidance will be provided to adapt to conditions, sessions may be rescheduled if weather poses a safety risk to any party involved.

  7. Expedited & Same-Day Bookings
    Rush or same-day bookings are subject to additional fees. Clients are advised to consult directly with the photographer for specific pricing details.

  8. Defamation Policy
    Clients are prohibited from making defamatory statements, including false reviews or claims, particularly in instances where company policies or communicated expectations have not been followed. Legal action may be taken in response to such behavior.

  9. Image Usage and Display
    Images produced and delivered from paid sessions may be used by 95th Studio Media Productions, LLC for limited internal and promotional purposes, including but not limited to display within our online or physical galleries, consistent with prior practices. We will never sell, license, or distribute client images to third parties for profit without the client’s explicit, written consent.

  10. Acknowledgement of Terms
    Submission of the required deposit signifies the client’s full understanding and agreement to all stated company policies, as well as any additional verbal or written instructions provided.
